What you love about your job
Everything actually. But especially being able to establish physical and not just verbal contact, as with massages, an exchange of energy; and seeing the clients’ satisfaction in their eyes at the end.

Honesty, them being direct and open with me, their helpfulness and willingness to improve together.

Customer care is essential, the calm and radiance of staff.

The ability to relate to people, talk, transmit trust, have patience, be discreet and professional. And especially knowing your job and being good at it.

Arrogance and haughtiness.
What would you say to a young person wanting to pursue your career?
It’s a job that involves “contact”, clients perceive a lot, especially whether or not you like your job. So I would tell them to choose this profession only if they are really passionate about it, not because they don’t know what else to do, even if it looks easy.
The hotel of your dreams
I’ll let the little girl in me answer this question: a castle! Actually, it doesn’t exist, the important thing is that it makes me feel at home.
What you expect from the hotel in which you work
I expect continuous growth from both a professional and human point of view, and the creation of a good team to work together in a pleasant atmosphere.
