The work of a hotel's front office is essential: welcoming guests, giving them all the information they need for a successful stay and responding to day-to-day requests are skilled tasks which must be done with a smile.
Indeed, receiving guests requires courtesy and friendliness, tact and a knowledge of how to establish positive and constructive relations with all kinds of people. Those who work on the front line in a hotel - in contact with guests - are representing the company and they need to ensure that they're giving people a good impression of it.
At Boffenigo reception is an art, thanks to an enthusiastic team who interact with our guests and provide all the information they need. Today we interview Elena, who works in our front office and also specialises in marketing and revenue, giving our guests a personalised service according to their needs.
