A special welcome for four-legged guests
At Boffenigo, four-legged guests are warmly welcomed too, because we know how important it is to be able to travel with your pet in complete peace of mind. The hotel accommodates small and medium-sized dogs up to a maximum of 20 kg, as well as cats, with a supplement of 20 euros per day that covers daily and final room cleaning along with some dedicated amenities for the pet.
The presence of the pet must always be indicated at the time of booking and confirmed by reception, so that the most suitable room can be assigned. Only one pet per room is allowed; for special requests, larger pets, or specific needs, arrangements must be made with the hotel in advance.
Rooms and dedicated accommodations
Guests traveling with pets can stay in the ground-floor Comfort rooms or in the Junior Suites with terrace or garden, which offer more convenient and functional outdoor spaces for those traveling with a dog.
Upon arrival in the room, guests will find some dedicated amenities to make their stay more comfortable:
- Water or food bowl
- Pet mat
The property does not have refrigerators dedicated to pet food, but the in-room minibar may be used for special needs. The hotel does not provide pet food, which remains the owner's responsibility.
Rules in common areas and wellness spaces
During the stay, pets may accompany their owners in various areas of the property, both indoors and outdoors, in compliance with a few simple rules designed to ensure comfort and tranquility for all guests.
In common areas, both indoor and outdoor, pets must always be kept on a leash and under the owner's control.
For health and hygiene reasons, access to the indoor pool and spa area is not permitted.
In the outdoor pool area, pets are allowed, but must remain in the designated side areas, without accessing the poolside edge or climbing onto the sun loungers. They must always be supervised by their owner.
Restaurant and dining moments
Pets may accompany their owners during meals as well, in accordance with the organization of the spaces.
For breakfast in the dining room, side tables are assigned, while for dinner, tables in a more secluded position are reserved, generally not in the front row and preferably in a corner, in order to ensure tranquility for both pet owners and other guests.
Outdoor spaces and local services
Boffenigo's hillside location provides easy access to trails and scenic routes ideal for walks in nature, right in the vicinity of the hotel.
A fenced area dedicated to pets' needs is available on the property, located near Parking Area 1. We kindly ask that this area always be used and that waste not be left in the hotel's green spaces or gardens.
The hotel does not offer in-house dog-sitting, grooming, or pet shop services, but these services are available within approximately 10 km of the property, and reception can provide information upon request.
Managing your pet in the room
If you wish to go out without your pet, it is only possible to leave it alone in the room if it is accustomed to being alone and behaves calmly.
In this case, it is necessary to:
- Display the “Dog in room – Do not enter” sign
- Inform reception
- Arrange the room cleaning time with staff
If the sign is displayed, staff will not enter the room in order to avoid disturbing the pet.
Required health documents: during the stay, you must have your pet's health record and up-to-date vaccinations with you. This documentation may be requested if necessary.
Liability and stay regulations
Any damage caused to people, furnishings, or facilities will be charged to the pet's owners, who remain fully responsible for their pet's behavior throughout the stay.
